Oh the challenge we can be faced with when dealing with some emotions. God understands and knows we will be confronted with options to respond or react to circumstances on a daily if not hourly basis. Our heavenly Father gives us wisdom to when to be angry and when to know to release it so that it does not become a stronghold over our lives. Meditate and take hold of God's truth for you and your loved ones.
