How many times have you thought, "I'm exhausted." Over time, we can tend to push ourselves to the brink of constantly being tired and grabbing for a cup of coffee or some form of caffeine to keep us moving. And yet God's design and example for us was to learn to rest in every way on a weekly basis. We hope you'll use these Scriptures to believe for your loved ones as well as you to hold on to the pursuit of rest and all that it will do for you and those you pray for in learning to rest.
