When life seems overwhelming, and negative thoughts tend to prevail, we sometimes need help navigating through these troubled times. Cindy Palen, from Bentonville Arkansas, is a Licensed Associate Counselor and a Board Certified Counselor. Cindy works in a group practice, Oaks Counseling, in Springdale, Arkansas, is an adjunct instructor at John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, and is a doctoral student in Counselor Education and Supervision at Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Cindy’s clinical and research interests include trauma, eating disorders, EMDR, and adolescents.
